The ticket
What every pawn ticket carries, whatever you pawned against it.
- Six months
- Every ticket runs six months. Pay the interest due and we print a new one.
- Fifty sen
- One process fee for each pawn ticket, including renewals. Monthly interest also applies. No other fees.
- Seven days
- An SMS before your due date, then a letter and a phone call before an auction.
- Your NRIC
- Redeemed by you, at the branch where you pawned it, with your NRIC or passport.
The app shows a photograph of your item and the status of your ticket. Pay the interest online, or one month at a time to push the due date back, and paying earns points that come off what you owe.
